These classes are the perfect size — small enough for Anne to offer personal attention and gentle, supportive corrections that help you get the most from each movement while minimising the risk of injury, but large enough to include some laughter and conversation. She creates a welcoming, non-judgemental space and always offers alternatives for those of us with physical challenges, so it feels safe and adaptable.
