Pilates for Runners workshop – Saturday 6th June, 10am – 12noon, Over Stratton Village Hall

A 2-hour workshop designed to provide an introduction to how Pilates can be used to support you as a recreational runner.

No prior Pilates experience required! If you’ve done Pilates before, then great; if you haven’t, don’t worry – I will be taking you through the core concepts and a range of exercises, focusing specifically on what is most relevant to you as a runner.

So, whether you want to improve your running technique, run faster, run for longer, or strengthen key joints to minimise the risk of injury, this workshop is for you!
