Pilates for Runners workshop
On Saturday 6th June, I’ll be running a 2-hour Pilates for Runners workshop, at Over Stratton Village Hall.
Inspired by all the people I see running down the lane past my kitchen window on a regular basis, this workshop will offer an introduction to Pilates and how it can be used to support you as a recreational runner.
Whether you want to improve your running technique, run faster, run for longer, or strengthen key joints to minimise the risk of injury, this workshop is for you!
